THE LONG HAUL

The case went through a transfer from another county, a temporary orders hearing, a dispute over the temporary orders that was resolved, a deposition, discovery requests and responses, one canceled mediation, a mediation that resulted in a partial settlement, a status hearing, a pretrial hearing, a final trial setting, and finally an agreed order signed by both clients and their attorneys. It was a contentious custody and child support modification. I can't give more details without breaking confidentiality. But it was a good resolution that met my client's goals as I understand them and was long overdue. I am proud that I have finished this challenging case with my client.
