New Year's Eve eve
I had a productive New Year’s Eve eve. First, I got another will admitted to probate today (the case was referred to me by a larger firm). Next, in a CPS case, we rescheduled the hearing so my client, the “non-offending” parent, could be considered for temporary custody.
